Kaizen Brand Evolution is two businesses in one. A print business and a creative digital brand agency, both operating under the same roof and the same ethos. This brand film was created to showcase both sides of that service offering to potential clients, telling the story through the people, the atmosphere, and the energy that makes Kaizen what it is. There's even a nod to where it all began... the company van pulling away from above Limelight in Belfast, a quiet reference to the bedroom sized office where the whole thing started.

We Evolve Brands follows the Kaizen design team through the journey every great brand takes, from a single idea on a sticky note to something you see out in the real world. With a nod to Stranger Things, the film opens with a designer disappearing into the void, idea in hand, before cutting through the team at work and landing on the finished brands Kaizen have brought to life. A creative concept for a creative team.
