MOVE AT PACE
by Connor McAuley
'Move at Pace' is a coaching and advisory business for creative agency founders across the UK and Ireland. Built by Connor McAuley, who scaled and sold his own creative agency at £2.2M, it helps agency owners build a business that grows predictably, runs without them, and becomes an asset worth selling. Connor produces a high volume of content across YouTube, podcast, and social channels. The challenge was never ideas. It was setting the visual standard of that content to match the quality of what he delivers for his clients.
The Brief
Connor needed a content system, not just a shoot. With long form YouTube episodes sitting at the core of his content strategy, the brief was to capture that footage in a way that could be broken down and repurposed across every platform he publishes on. One production process. Maximum output. Nothing wasted.
Our Approach
We built a content waterfall around four long form YouTube recordings. Each session was captured with full production quality from the outset, because every piece of short form content that comes downstream is only ever as good as what goes in at the top.
From those four recordings we produced a full library of vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok, carousels for LinkedIn, and supporting photography across his channels. Everything was cut and formatted for the platform it was built for, not just cropped down from something else.
One focused production process. Weeks of content across every channel Connor publishes on, delivered ready to use.
Long Form - Youtube
Each episode was captured with full production quality from the start. Properly lit, properly directed, and shot with the same commercial standard R Squared brings to every project. The long form YouTube video is the foundation of the whole content system. Everything else is built from it.
Repurposed - Teaser
From each long form episode we produced a short form teaser cut for LinkedIn. Two to three minutes, trimmed to the sharpest insight from the full video, formatted for the platform and designed to drive viewers through to the full episode on YouTube. The teaser does the job of stopping the scroll. The full video does the job of building the authority.
