Snax Vending
Snax Vending are a locally owned commercial vending operator with over twelve years of trading behind them, looking after machines in workplaces, factories, schools and venues right across Northern Ireland. Everything is run in house, from the engineers who maintain the machines to the account manager looking after each site, and their machines sit in some of the best known locations in the country.
THE PROBLEM
Snax had built a genuinely strong business on service, with in-house engineers, same-day response times and a personal relationship with every site they look after. The difficulty was that none of that came across online. Every image on the website and across their marketing was stock photography or a mock-up, so there was nothing showing a real Snax machine, a real engineer, or the fresh food they actually stock, and no social media presence carrying any of it either.
For a business that wins work on reliability and looking after people properly, that was a real gap. A workplace manager comparing suppliers could read the claims, but had no way of seeing the proof behind them, which meant twelve years of experience looked much the same online as a supplier with none of it.
THE SOLUTION
We built Snax a monthly content system rooted in real photography, capturing Snax at work on live sites. Engineers restocking, fresh food being loaded, machines full and well presented in their setting, contactless payment being used, and the branding on location at venues people in Northern Ireland recognise straight away.
Each shoot gives them a full month of content that follows a clear weekly rhythm, so the business turns up consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook rather than in occasional bursts. The aim throughout is simple enough, which is that someone finding Snax online gets the same impression of the business that their existing customers already have.
If the service is real, the visual content should be too.
